If you have an online account, you can also track your order by logging in.

Please note: Herdy Wall Art is dispatched from a third-party warehouse, so you’ll receive separate tracking details for these items via email.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Clothing must be unworn and have all original tags attached. Certain items, such as face masks, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

Fine Bone China can be prone to staining. Most marks can be removed with warm soapy water.

For stubborn stains, we recommend Bar Keepers Friend, a gentle and natural cleaner. Please don’t use bleach or abrasive scourers, as these can damage the glaze.

On rare occasions, Fine Bone China mugs can develop hairline fractures due to thermal shock. This can happen when boiling water is poured into a cold mug, especially if there’s a weakness caused during production or transport.

If you believe this has happened, please email hello@herdy.co.uk with:

  • A photo of the mug showing the design and fracture
  • Details of where and when the mug was purchased

Our team will be in touch to discuss a replacement.

All Herdy Wall Art is made to order and shipped separately from a third-party warehouse. Any other Herdy products you may have ordered will arrive in a different parcel.

If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for an ‘Out of Stock’ email notification on the product page. We’ll let you know as soon as it’s back online.
