Whether she’s taking phone orders from folks allergic to ‘mice’ (the digital kind) or solving problems with patience and a smile, Lisa goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels looked after every step of the way. Her adorable dog Maya, visits occasionally to round up any stray soft toys and keep the Herdy flock in line.
