Me & my husband fell in love with everything in the Herdy shop and besides buying gifts for our family, we decided to buy matching T-shirts and join the Herdy club. Shelley served us and was so patient with us and very informative. She was so friendly and it was lovely to meet her, she is a credit to the business

First visit to Herdy and it didn't disappoint. Found out about you through my neighbour, she's got one of your lovely throws that I've always admired and a lot of other things she's got from you over the years. When she heard I was going to be in the area, she was adamant I had to visit you and that I had to seek out Lucy, who she says has always been excellent every time she's visited you. I have to agree with her! We did find Lucy, and she helped us find the ideal christmas pressies for our friends and family.

Bought my very 1st Herdwick wool item, on our last day of our 1 week holiday in the lakes, and the service and attention by the shop keeper were superb. Plus the items here are better and more conveniently priced than in the other shops, yet the quality as high. Recommended and will visit again when back in Grasmere.

I am very impressed with the quality of Hardy products which last a long time. Corrin was in the store and she was amazingly helpful and knowledgeable about the Herdy products. She made the visit to the shop far more enjoyable. The shop is in a good location in Bowness and very well presented.
