From overseeing the supply chain to ensuring our products meet the highest standards, he’s the one making sure everything’s safe, sound, and arrives on time. He’s got a woolly wealth of retail experience, a love for a good spreadsheet, and quite possibly the tidiest pedestal drawer in the land. Organised? Absolutely. Obsessive? Only about quality (and maybe all his pens facing the same way).
